Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting in Florida is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper (Porter) to maintain the resort-style clubhouse and surrounding grounds. The role involves keeping interior and exterior areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

As an entry-level position reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help with event setup, basic maintenance, and general upkeep. This role offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift.
• Experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, housekeeping, or porter work is useful but not required.
• Good attitude and strong customer service toward residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas: hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, gym, and patios.
• Sweep, dust and mop floors, clean windows.
• Assist with daily pool area cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, wiping chairs/tables, removing debris).
• Empty trash and keep indoor/outdoor areas neat and presentable.
• Help set up and break down rooms for events, classes, holiday decorations, and resident activities.
• Perform simple tasks like replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues.
• Keep supply rooms and carts organized.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
