Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license for 3+ years with clean driving record.
• Pass a road test for the combined truck and trailer used in the job.
• Possess or obtain appropriate licensing/endorsements for operating state vehicles if required.
• Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks year-round: mowing, trimming, pruning, and general grounds maintenance.
• Keep parking lots, exteriors, and surrounding areas clean and well maintained.
• Work within a team to handle landscaping and exterior cleaning duties.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards and corporate policies.
• Possibly travel to different locations as part of duties.
