Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver's license for at least 3 years with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a driver’s road test for the truck/trailer that will be operated.

Responsibilities

• Landscaping activities including mowing, trimming, and pruning year round.
• Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, exteriors and surrounding areas to keep clean.
• Be part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity standards and comply with policies and laws.
• Willingness to travel to perform essential functions.
