Job summary

Augment is seeking a General Laborer in Martinez, CA to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. The role is on-site, outdoor, active, and team-oriented, with duties ranging from laying out 40-yard containers to mowing and weed eating.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–4 years of experience; TWIC card is mandatory. PPE is provided. Pay starts at $22–$23 per hour with options for full-time, part-time, or contract work.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• TWIC card required.
• Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, loading/unloading, and basic groundskeeping.
• Assist with site preparation, maintenance, and yard organization.
• Operate light equipment and support other tasks as assigned.
