Job summary

YETI in Leawood, KS is hiring a Part-Time Keyholder to support store leadership and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will coach a team of brand enthusiasts, help execute sales plans, and contribute to community events while upholding YETI's standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and profitability by delivering strong customer experiences.
• Supports Store Manager with achieving sales goals and daily operations.
• Manages inventory receiving, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Executes product launches and merchandising aligned with brand strategy.
• Leads coaching and development to improve sales performance.
