Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience and mechanical skills.
• Able to read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills for repairs and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Archery repairs: bow setup, tuning, cutting and fletching arrows.
• Firearms repairs: mounting scopes, bore sighting, and package setup for gun shops.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals; perform basic math as needed.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends/evenings; complete other duties as assigned.
