Qualifications

• Ability to promote programs and assist customers in buying decisions.
• Strong communication with customers and associates in a friendly, professional manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Proficient in operating a computerized Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers promptly and provide information and directions as needed.
• Demonstrate products to customers and keep shelves stocked and prices/signage accurate.
• Support seasonal floor moves and merchandise replenishment according to guidelines.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
