Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide in Chicago to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge and help guests select gear that fits their interests and needs.

This part-time role emphasizes outdoor-loving teamwork, continuous learning, and active participation in store initiatives. You’ll balance autonomy with collaboration, embracing the brand's commitment to getting outside and living it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build deep product understanding and weave it into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support elevating guest experience with store leadership on projects and initiatives.
• Provide merchandising/experience feedback to drive sales.
• Maintain open collaboration with team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones, emails, and social channels as needed; process transactions using POS.
• Receive/unpack inventory; handle boxes weighing 5-30 lbs.
