REI Co-op is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to help create better outdoor experiences by sharing knowledge, recommending products, and engaging with customers daily. You will facilitate transactions, promote memberships, and help keep the store well-organized while staying ahead of product trends.

• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
