REI Co-op in San Antonio is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to help create great outdoor shopping experiences. You will share product knowledge, make recommendations, and engage with customers daily, facilitating transactions, selling memberships, and keeping the floor merchandised.

You will stay ahead of trends, apply REI services, support store pick-up, and collaborate with teammates to deliver the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience preferred and a willingness to engage customers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers.
• Open to feedback and working with a team to meet business goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions about products and memberships.
• Maintain visual standards with store management and leads.
• Engage in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI services.
• Support store pick-up and process products for customers.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
