REI Co-op is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to help create rewarding outdoor experiences by sharing knowledge, recommending products, and engaging with customers daily. You will process transactions, promote memberships, and keep merchandise organized on the floor while staying ahead of trends with your product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Open to feedback and diverse perspectives to support the business.
• Uses judgment to solve problems and make solid recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about products and memberships.
• Maintain store visuals with management and leads.
• Participate in sales and service training and promote REI goods and services.
• Support store pickup and process products.
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
