Under Canvas in Moab, Utah is seeking a Front of House Manager to support the Food & Beverage operations at ULUM. This full-time role oversees restaurant service, espresso and bar operations, events, and ensures service standards while mentoring staff and managing inventory.

You will work with the Food & Beverage Manager and corporate team to drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and employee engagement, including pre-shift huddles and cross-department collaboration. Physical requirements apply.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing guest seating and dining flow with reservations/waitlists.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, operations, and events.
