Qualifications

• High school diploma plus supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong driving skills with large vehicles and a record of safe driving.
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform manual lifting (50+ pounds) and strenuous work.
• Ability to work independently and in groups, indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and direct seasonal staff supplying food, equipment, and transportation.
• Assist with seasonal hiring and candidate interviews.
• Manage New Hampshire vehicle fleet operations (50+ vehicles) including maintenance and scheduling.
• Coordinate vendor accounts and ensure transportation resources for regions.
• Provide driver training including commercial vehicle operations and workshops.
• Maintain DOT records and driver qualification files.
• Offer guidance to vehicle managers and users at AMC locations.
• Provide safe, efficient transportation for guests and programs.
