Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Work Planner to join our vegetation management team in Reading, PA. The role involves outdoor field work, data collection on tablets, and using GIS tools to document vegetation and track progress within utility corridors.

You will drive to sites, assess safety hazards, and coordinate with leadership, clients, and contractors while adhering to strict safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of UVM or related field work experience.
• Knowledge of tree species identification and vegetation management concepts.
• Ability to hike/drive long distances and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: identify hazards, report incidents, follow safety standards.
• Field Operations: drive to sites, hike ROWs, document vegetation work, use tablets for data entry.
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations: address concerns, communicate with leadership and clients.
• Emergency Response & Other Responsibilities: participate in storm response and other duties as assigned.
