Bermex, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily field assignments for installation technicians across residential and commercial accounts.

You will dispatch jobs, validate field work, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with management and customer teams. This on-site role requires teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year dispatch experience and valid driver's license.
• Experience with utilities or field service is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch jobs to field service techs and verify work.
• Provide accurate documentation and assist with admin duties.
• Route work orders to technicians via handheld devices.
• Enforce policies and ensure timely communication with management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
