Job summary

The Horizontal Directional Drilling Team is hiring for a full-time, year-round role focused on outdoor, hands-on fiber network work. You will operate drilling equipment, install and repair fiber lines, and support outside plant activities, with safety and teamwork as priorities.

Responsibilities include drilling operations, fiber splicing support, climbing structures, operating construction equipment, and restoring sites in diverse outdoor environments; prior drilling or locating experience is a

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in utilities, electrical, customer service, or military service.
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL; CDL preferred at hire, with training provided.
• Physical ability to climb poles, dig, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, communication, and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of telecom products; experience in directional drilling is a plus.
