Job summary

The Horizontal Directional Drilling Team is hiring for a full-time, year-round role focused on outdoor, hands-on fiber network work. You will operate drilling equipment, install and repair fiber lines, and support outside plant activities, with safety and teamwork as priorities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in utilities, electrical, customer service, or military service.
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL; CDL preferred at hire, with training provided.
• Physical ability to climb poles, dig, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, communication, and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of telecom products; experience in directional drilling is a plus.
