Job summary

SpreadRite in Mobile, AL is hiring Crew Members / Laborers to install and maintain erosion and sediment control systems at construction sites. This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork to protect waterways and the environment.

You’ll learn BMP installation, operate basic tools and light equipment, and support an experienced crew across Mobile and nearby Alabama areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or erosion control.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair BMPs such as silt fences and inlet protection.
• Operate hand and power tools and light construction equipment.
• Transport materials using company vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain and repair erosion control measures onsite.
• Keep sites clean, organized, and safe; support crew tasks.
