Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable, physically fit individual to assist with the installation of screened enclosures and related outdoor structures. Prior framing or construction experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include assisting with installation, using drills and saws, measuring and cutting materials, and safely working on ladders at various heights. A valid driver's license and a safety-minded attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. as a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Physically able to perform outdoor construction work.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Construction, framing, or installation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and assembly of screened enclosures.
• Use hand and power tools, including drills and saws.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Learn to safely operate a chop saw.
• Work safely on ladders and at various heights.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate a company vehicle as needed.
