Job summary

Great Day Improvements is seeking an Installation Supervisor for Patio Enclosures. The role oversees daily crews, trains staff, reviews difficult jobs, and ensures installations meet company guidelines. It also monitors subcontractor quality, coordinates project schedules, and supports recruiting installers as needed.

The position manages labor and materials, tracks costs, and communicates with customers and management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations.
• Experience with sunrooms, doors and windows is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Competent with technology; well organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and make sure that jobs are placed on the books
• Track labor and material costs
• Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed
• Maintain branch production speed
• Review concerns with Regional Manager
• Executing Jump program
• Employee and subcontractor recruitment
• Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager
• Job measures
• Job Installations
• Other duties may be assigned
