Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience installing pool screen enclosures, lanais, or similar construction work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and stamina for heavy outdoor work
• Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical tasks
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
• Presentable appearance and professional communication
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps for work-related software
• Compensation includes performance-based pay

Responsibilities

• Install pool enclosure, lanai screen, poly rooms, motorized retractable screens according to project specs
• Ensure proper alignment, stability, and integrity of enclosures
• Measure and cut materials to fit each project
• Read and follow engineering drawings for each structure
• Communicate with customers about progress and issues and provide recommendations
• Address customer concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the final installation
• Repair and replace damaged parts of enclosures such as screens and frames
• Transport and handle materials and maintain inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and supplies
• Work with teammates to complete installations on schedule
