Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Production Worker for the outside cylinder exchange area. You will process 20 lb barbeque cylinders, maintain strict safety practices, and work as part of a production team.

This role requires standing 8–10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and readiness to obtain required licensing and forklift certification. Location is New Jersey; pay starts at $21/hour with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
• Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear the proper PPE.
• Ensure the consistent quality of cylinders are being processed.
• Load filled cylinders onto the truck(s) for the next day’s shipments.
• Ability to stand and walk 8–12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
