Responsibilities

• Process returns/warranties/repairs with correct documentation.
• Communicate order changes to internal partners.
• Troubleshoot basic product concerns and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Escalate complex issues following defined procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in customer systems.
