The Wave Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Attendant (Sales & Operations) in Western Washington. You will work outdoors, greet customers, promote wash packages, and help grow memberships while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
• Weekend availability required.
• Open availability preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout your shift.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors preparing vehicles and assisting customers.
• Recommend wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Assist with sales and upsell opportunities as part of customer service.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement.
