The Wave Car Wash is hiring a Customer Service Attendant for our Tumwater location. This outdoor, active role focuses on greeting customers, selling wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and keeping the site clean and welcoming.

Earn $17.13/hour plus tips, commissions, and performance bonuses. We promote from within and offer training to help you grow into leadership roles while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to deliver friendly help.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, explain wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles, operate wash processes, and keep site clean and welcoming.
• Recommend products to customers and drive sales and memberships.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while working outdoors.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation and high service levels.
