The Wave Car Wash in Lacey, WA is seeking a Customer Service Attendant in Sales & Operations. This outdoor role pays $17.13/hour plus tips, commissions, and performance bonuses, with growth opportunities as the team expands.

What You'll Do

This isn't your typical customer service job.

You'll spend your day working outdoors, preparing vehicles, helping customers, recommending wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming.

This is a physically active role where you'll be walking, bending, lifting, scrubbing vehicles, and staying on your feet throughout your shift. Some days are fast-paced and demanding, while others allow time for training, cleaning, and continuous improvement.
