The Wave Car Wash in Tumwater, WA is hiring a Customer Service Attendant (Sales & Operations). This role blends outdoors duties with guest service, helping customers choose wash packages and memberships while keeping the site welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
Weekend availability required.
Open availability preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

You’ll spend your day working outdoors, preparing vehicles, helping customers, recommending wash packages and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming.
This is a physically active role with walking, bending, lifting, scrubbing vehicles, and standing for long periods.
Some days are fast-paced; others allow time for training, cleaning, and continuous improvement.
