Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Capable of working with others and following directions.
• Must pass drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Measure distances from grade stakes and drive stakes.
• Bolt, nail, align and block up forms as needed.
• Signal equipment operators to ensure safe alignment and movement.
• Level earth to grade specifications using basic tools.
• Mix concrete with float, trowel and screed.
• Construct scaffolding, shoring and braces; use hoses for cleaning.
• Assist with demolition, lumber work, and pipe installation as required.
• Work typically with other crew members and under supervision.
