Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally; 40-50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work outdoors and at heights.
• Previous experience in construction is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Measures distances from grade stakes and drives stakes.
• Bolts, nails, aligns, and blocks under forms.
• Signals construction equipment operators.
• Levels earth to fine grade specifications.
• Mixes concrete using tools.
• Positions and seals pipe sections.
• Erects scaffolding and braces.
• Cleans and coats surfaces with materials.
• Performs various tasks using hands and tools.
• Maintains good relationships with co-workers.
