The Erosion Company (TEC) is hiring Construction Workers for hands‑on outdoor work across the Southeast, including Spartanburg, SC. You will prepare, grade, fill, and compact terrain, install silt fencing, and help load materials using hand tools.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of construction experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in changing weather. Bobcat or small-equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of construction experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and commitment to safety.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, grade, fill, and compact jobsite terrain.
• Install silt fencing and erosion-control materials.
• Load and unload materials and operate hand tools.
• Support crew leaders and work with a hardworking team.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites.
