Labor On Demand is seeking Construction Laborers to support job sites with manual labor, site cleanliness, and safety. Must have valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance; background check required; willing to work outdoors in varied weather.

You'll load materials, prepare sites, assist with scaffolding, operate tools, and follow supervisor instructions in a fast-paced environment. This role is outdoors, physical, and requires reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Clear background and valid driver’s license (or photo ID).
• Vehicle insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up barricades, and ensuring work areas are safe
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, scaffolding, and other construction components
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and assist with grading and leveling
• Support skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers with basic tasks
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
• Adherent to all site safety rules and company policies
