The Laborer 1 position is an entry level position which graduates to more skilled level ability.

The successful Laborer 1 will master the following:

• Knowledge of power tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices on a construction site.
• Minimum requirements: Ability to work in harsh weather conditions for long periods of time.
• Minimum requirements: Ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath.
