Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a General Labor/Crew Member in Pooler, GA to perform erosion control tasks on residential and commercial sites. You will install silt fence, inlet protections, and slope matting, and drive the company truck to job sites, following directions from the Crew Leader.

This is an outdoor, physically demanding role with growth potential into a Crew Leader position for reliable, safety‑minded individuals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong problem solving and communication in a team.
• Commitment to customer service and professional presentation.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Physical fitness for long outdoor days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty and integrity.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to take initiative and seek improvement.
• Experience with erosion control tools (preferred).
• Experience pulling a trailer (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with installation materials each morning.
• Drive Company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to customers.
• Complete erosion control work to a high standard of excellence.
• Follow safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct.
• Install erosion control products as directed by the crew leader.
• Communicate with operations managers and fellow crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for silt fence installation output.
• Ensure vehicles and tools are maintained and inspected.
• Relay important information using proper chain of command.
