Archadeck Outdoor Living in the United States is seeking a carpentry crew supervisor for exterior residential remodeling projects. You will ensure work aligns with contract specs and client expectations, coordinating a crew on site.

You will read plans, manage elevations and take-offs, and enforce safety while maintaining a clean, professional job site. The role emphasizes quality, customer relations, and compliance with project documents.

Qualifications

• Must be a carpentry crew (framing and finishing); we are not seeking individual carpenters.
• Background in good carpentry techniques, framing, and trim - the foundation through roof.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, determine elevations and check take-offs.
• Willing to learn and follow documented processes.
• Able to pass background check.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Must be a registered business with current Certificates of Insurance & WC Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work on exterior residential remodeling projects
• Deliver finished product to satisfaction of the contract specs and client expectations
• Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
• Maintain orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
• Maintain positive relations with customers
• Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed
