Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to join our growing Midwest home improvement team. You will engage homeowners in your community, educate them on our bathroom and kitchen remodeling solutions, and generate qualified leads for appointments.

The role emphasizes in-person field work, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to sustain outreach across neighborhoods. This full-time position (30 hours/week) operates Monday through Friday, with ample room for growth

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to lead and drive conversations.
• Confidence in striking up conversations and building rapport.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for great service.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
• Previous canvassing experience required.
• Full-time position (30 hours per week), Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and introducing Bath & Cabinet Experts to homeowners.
• Engage professionally with homeowners, providing information and answering questions in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Educate potential customers on Bath Experts’ services, highlighting offerings and expertise.
• Schedule appointments by collecting detailed information from interested prospects.
• Track and report on lead generation efforts to contribute to team success.
