Rose Roofing & Restoration in Westminster, MD is hiring Entry Level Canvassers to connect homeowners with our roofing professionals. You’ll work outdoors, set your own schedule, and get paid for what you produce as you learn the fundamentals of a sales career.

No roofing or sales experience is required. You’ll start by canvassing in neighborhoods affected by severe weather, starting conversations, identifying interested homeowners, and introducing them to our Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather.
• Starting friendly conversations with homeowners about potential roof damage.
• Spotting homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection.
• Introducing those homeowners to our Sales Manager.
• Assisting with information needed to begin the insurance claim process.
