Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain spotless campground public areas and accommodations, reporting to the General Manager. You will follow cleaning schedules, use proper chemicals, and deliver friendly guest service while keeping safety in mind.

Responsibilities include daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning programs, noting supplies, reporting damages, and ensuring a welcoming, well-groomed appearance in KOA uniform. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading abilities.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures including chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for specified buildings and facilities as directed by supervisor or owner(s).
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and follow safety measures; do not mix chemicals.
• Be aware of bloodborne pathogen procedures and contact supervisor when needed.
• Bring all lost and found items to main office with cabin number and date.
• Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests' needs.
