Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Work Camper - Housekeeper to maintain clean public spaces and accommodations across our campground.

You will follow cleaning programs, use proper chemicals, and greet guests with a welcoming attitude while upholding KOA standards.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to work nights and weekends, and flexibility to assist with maintenance or guest services as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic reading abilities.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to operate a golf cart.
• Ability to work under wet and slippery conditions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures including chemical properties, handling, and usage.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities as outlined by immediate supervisor or owner(s).
• Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests' needs.
• Submit a list of supplies that need to be replenished on an as-needed basis to your immediate supervisor or owner(s).
• Report all broken or damaged items within all campground buildings, facilities and premises.
• Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, KOA uniform and name tag.
