Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail preferred).
• Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Reliable, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Comfortable installing and using the ThirdChannel app.
• Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access.
• Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate store staff about Arc'teryx products, technologies, and brand values.
• Deliver engaging in-store product presentations and demos.
• Capture in-store photos; conduct inventory audits; gather employee feedback and insights.
• Travel to assigned stores monthly to ensure ongoing support and brand alignment.
