Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.
• Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
• Assist with set‑up & tear down for each concert; within the F&B Department as needed.
• Responsible for beverage service for guests or beverage/food servers in the assigned venue.
• Must be able to perform efficiently and accurately in a high‑volume venue.
• Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
• Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.
• Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.
• Assisting in other F&B duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.
• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
