Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a male leader to guide our boys in outdoor adventures including hiking and camping trips. This role emphasizes supervision of client activities, implementing therapeutic progress, and fostering a Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and First Aid and CPR certification. You will also lead Bible studies and manage daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead wilderness trips for clients.
• Implement client therapeutic/discipleship progress.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated programs.
