Job summary

Williamsburg Learning seeks enthusiastic outdoor and leadership mentors to serve as Adventure Guides across Utah. You will support Outdoor and Leadership Adventures, helping students earn PE credit and elective credit while building growth and leadership skills.

Guides partner with an Adventure Lead to create safe, engaging experiences, inspire curiosity, and foster a sense of belonging in a dynamic, mission-driven program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have at least one year post-high school.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience mentoring youth and organizing outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings and facilitate growth‑oriented adventures.
• Lead 1:1 conversations, group discussions, and reflections before, during, and after activities.
• Support and supervise 2‑5 hour adventures, mostly on Fridays.
• Travel within Utah, arrive early, and help with setup and equipment care.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and professional representation of Williamsburg Learning.
