Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX seeks an enthusiastic Outdoor Adventure Guide to lead guest programs and supervise peers in a dynamic outdoor setting.

You will host activities, ensure safety, and adapt to weather and guest needs while coordinating with leadership to deliver memorable experiences. A background in outdoor education and high-ropes is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in facilitating and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs.
• Strong leadership and teaching abilities in group settings.
• Ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent safety awareness and risk assessment.
