Susan's Farm CIO is looking for a dedicated support worker to help deliver activities for adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, addiction issues, or neurodiversity. The role includes farming tasks, animal interaction and regular outdoor activities, with group sessions three days a week and some attendees twice weekly.

You will liaise with families, carers and social services, and contribute to marketing the service to the community.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a programme of activities including farming tasks and animal interaction.
• Organise walks and outdoor time to explore habitats and nature.
• Co-ordinate arts, crafts and cooking sessions for groups.
