Job summary

Family & Children's Services in Tulsa seeks a Manager, Outcomes & Performance Analytics to drive measurement of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will analyze initiatives, compare expected outcomes with actual results, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.

You will develop executive reports, scorecards, and dashboards, monitor adoption, and collaborate with BI, Analytics, and CQI teams to ensure value realization and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
5+ years of experience in analytics, evaluation, or related fields.
Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze organizational initiatives to determine effectiveness and impact.
Develop executive-ready reports and value realization assessments.
Present findings to leadership and executive stakeholders.
Monitor adoption and utilization of dashboards and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure impact across the organization.
Ensure alignment with CQI and continuous improvement goals.
