UPS in Utah seeks a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, training and developing workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork while delivering effective leadership across the site.

You will implement personal development plans, ensure comprehensive orientation and coaching, and maintain a positive, proactive environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shifts.
