Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to guide a team.
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packing associates, line feeders and stackers, directing daily priorities.
• Assign crew members to specific duties to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Ensure safety and efficiency of the crew; enforce work methods and food safety guidelines.
