Job summary

Sysco is seeking a team leader for our California operation to provide daily leadership to packing associates, line feeders and stackers. You will oversee safety, efficiency, and adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines while directing priorities with other supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of produce knowledge, and strong English communication skills; Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with line supervisors to prioritize work and communicate issues.
• Assign crew to duties to maximize department efficiency.
