Job summary

Sysco is seeking a team leader to provide daily leadership, direction, and support to packing associates, line feeders and stackers. You will maintain a safe, organized, and efficient operation and proactively identify and correct issues to improve performance.

Responsibilities include assigning duties, communicating priorities, and enforcing safety and food-safety guidelines, including HACCP, in a high-volume warehouse environment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of produce knowledge or related industry experience.
