Green Rabbit, a Whitestown, Indiana e-commerce grocery distributor, seeks a 1st shift Warehouse Lead to oversee the warehouse crew, ensure safety, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring timely product flow.

The position demands the ability to work Sundays, lift up to 80 pounds, and operate in a multi-temperature environment with 6am–3pm shifts. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environment (dry/cooler/freezer).
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs repeatedly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse crew under supervision, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage daily production paperwork and schedules.
• Operate forklifts safely and conduct pre-shift checks.
• Support shipping/receiving, put-away, replenishment and audits.
• Provide coverage and guidance as needed; Sundays work required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
